with the availability of replacement reedplates,I am ready with a flathead and phillips head set just for the purpose of changing them-I have yet to have done this but how reliably tuned are these replacement plates from hohner,lee oskar and suzuki?

No problems at all with the Promaster/Hammond replacement reed plates from Suzuki.

The reed plates I have used have always been tuned just as well as the harmonicas. That isn't always the best of news. . .
