A friend of mine in the biz sent me this, and I thought some of you might be interested. Presonus is doing a promo offer on their Studio One Artist software, which is a complete music creation and production package for MacOS, WinXP and Vista. It ordinarily costs $199, and they're selling it for $20.11 from Jan 13 to Jan 16. Here's the offer page.
I'm not at all sure I need this--but, like I said, some of you guys might be interested.

My buddy at work just pointed out to me catwalk software is 1/5th its normal price right no $99 instead of $500. This is used for similar purposes.
If you check the deal on Studio One Artist you find it's not the full version but more an introductory version, the pro is still $200 after that.

Looks like the pro band-in-the-box is still $130 but they're throwing in a bunch of extra software until this Saturday. The more expensive packages of BITB are on discount though. Ill probably grab this sooner then I intended to get the extra software 8P .

I use this sofwhare it came with mu usb Audiobox and its rilly cool and easy to use. all i do is plug my harp mic into it record what i want to then i can add an amp to the track if i want and re-verb or any effect u can think of it also comes with a lot of loops.. I also play guitar and can plug in and record as well. this is the first recording stuff we have used and like it a lot but also have nothing to compare it to, but we didnt get the "pro" stuff but still very capeable.
