I have read that it's a squeal machine for harp. If you're looking for an ampless solution to PA, try either the Lone Wolf Harp Attack or Harp Break. Both will give you good results. Some have a HarpCommander preamp, which is more expensive, but it's MADE FOR HARP just like the LW pedals, which is the key here. Those guitar-made pedals are always going to be hit and miss. they weren't designed with a microphone and harmonica in mind.

I played through one once that was plugged into an amp. I had problems managing feedback. If you are looking for a pedal to plug into a standard guitar amp, look at the Lone Wolf Harp Tone+.
