I'd like to hear from everyone who has tried/used one of these. I'm considering getting one to use with a GB.
For the price and ease of use as a plug-n-play setup, it almost sounds like it would be too good to be true. yeah, I already know it's not gonna sound like a Sonny Jr. I just want some easy way to go straight into the PA and not have feedback.

I've also considered going into an ART Tube MP and then into the PA. Anyone done this? How's it sound?

This is what I use now instead of lugging a bassman around.

Pros:

cheap,
pretty tough construction for a plastic pedal
Decent emulation
Replicates on and off axis close micing
EQ
It's a DI and works with the emulation off
It has XLR and 1/4" outs

Cons:

Tends to hum unless run from a battery - but I can get a gig out of a rechargeable so it's OK.
Some sounds way to driven for harp.
Needs some form of monitor - I use IEMs for feedback free monitoring

It's £30! not a lot to lose really - you'll get half that back on ebay if you don't like it.
