To answer your question, I would google "blues art" click Images and feast your eyes
Also google "Harlem Renaissance" and check out the artwork of Romare Bearden, Jacob Lawrence and William Henry Johnson. Not the blues greats but an art movement heavily influenced by blues and jazz music. ----------

Nice playing over the chord changes. I like the art too. Some of the guys in the paintings do look like they might be related to Beavis and Butthead though!
Cool. I seen a lot of paintings of this type at the Pocono's blues festival the other year. Didn't catch the artist. There's also a bunch of them hanging up at Warm Daddy's in Philly.

---------- Hi guys, i'm not sure what type of art you were looking for , but i am a part time artist that has done several airbrushed sweatshirts , in the past (only one was a blues theme and it was James Cotton , and it was done approx 20 some years ago and has been worn and washed repeatedly for that long and it still looks as good today ,as the day i made it.If you can find a local airbrush artist in your area and you provide your own shirt and color you should expect to pay approx $60 to $80 for good, cool artwork.(P.S. make sure the artist provides samples of other works he or she has done to ensure that you will not be disappointed with the expected result.) .It's a pretty good investment and is very personalized .Unfortunately i am persuing other artistic venues these days and can only offer my opinion and advise. If you can identify what exactly you were thinking about , i would certainly offer some creative ideas(i'm a pretty creative guy ).If interested in viewing the sweatshirt i am referring to , see video on chugging under 1eddybee(I'm wearing it ).Please take the playing with a grain of salt LOL .Chow !
here is my friends site. He also plays great guitar, uke, mandolin. Walter

I have a couple of prints by Dane Tilghman- I think they're pretty cool. He sells his wares at some of the Blues festivals around, and was a featured artist on last years Bluescruise. Nice guy to boot.
