Someone led to to this link. Solo is about at 1:15, but the song is fairly entertaining. Just show you know, looking bored is part of the schtick. I am actually happy to be playing.
Great song, presentation and playing. Worth recording better on video or in the studio. Really good solo - as brief as it was. Holds up against that fiddle playing - which is not easy. Damn - you know theory inside and out - and can actually play besides.
Could you give us the key, harp and position? - also links to your other performances besides the lessons. thanks ----------
Bonedog, that is an A harp in third position. If you go to Youtube and look up The McMercy Family Band, Sick's Pack and Kalu James you'll see some good tunes. Also, Michaelrubinharmonica.com on the gig page and the new CD page. Thanks everyone. Michael Here is one more Sick's Pack, C harp, third position solo at 3minutes:

I like it. You guys' sound kind of reminds me of this gypsy band I met in Nashville, TN. Didn't know they were a band but they were definitely gypsy folk. Once I found out they were a band it explained alot.
All you're missing is a girl to play the ukulele while standing on the shoulders of the violin player.
.......with all due respect

Very eclectic stuff! If I din't already know this was an Austin band, it would have been my guess. Singer's got a great voice as well as mad skills on that fiddle. Great harp playing as well!
