Thank you Jim for making this available. I don't think you'll put anyone out of business, just like home improvement shows don't put remodelers out of business.

But you will certainly empower us po' boys and girls that sold our souls to the harmonica who are willing to do the work to get the most out our instruments and our playing!

Thanks for sharing Jim.
Very interesting to see how you work.

Painstaking work embossing near the reed with a screwdriver.
Wouldn't using a glass cutter be faster and easier to control?

I'm thinking of trying it and use a steel rule to guide it so as not to damage the reed.

Only embossed one harp so far and found the tone brightens up a lot.
I prefer the deeper tone of a standard harp.
Does tip scooping make the tone deeper again?
