I was wondering how many out there had ever heard wallace coleman play-he backed robert jr lockwood for a time the only harp player lockwood ever hired-he does a nice instrumental called way back home

He is from Morristown just east of Knoxville. He comes home and performs a couple times a year but I have yet to make it down. I've heard he is a very good blues player.

I think he made honerable mention on Adams list.

he will be in knoxville friday night january 21 at the art center in worlds fair park @6pm

Good guy. I saw him years ago at a Robert Junior Lockwood gig at the Studio Museum in Harlem. He was on the short list for Hill Country Harmonica this year. He's certainly worth seeing, if you haven't seen him before. Quality player, without quite the national name recognition he deserves. He's got some solid YouTube videos.
