Anyone know where I can get a replacement pilot light bulb? It's for a Marble Max amp. The bulb is marked 6.5V 100mA. I can't find one here in Prague. Mail order from the U.S. is definitely an option. Many thanks in advance.

There are many sources - I've used all of these. You may want to write your manufacturer to be sure of the spec. - though most use a standartd type. If it was for a fender there would be no question . I dont own a Marble.

I've tried Ebay already with no luck, and the amp manufacturer has been zero help (which kind of pisses me off considering the cost of the amp). I'll try those links bonedog569 suggested. Thanks, guys.

It looks to be the regular Fender style "type 47" bulb, 6v (12v will also "work", some guys actually prefer the less harsh glow), as used by TAD, Fender, anyone who builds Fender based amps. Should be widely available at any electronics supply business.
Buy a few, they're very cheap. In tweed style amps with the vertically mounted bulb, a tenuous connection resulting in an intermittent, or non-working pilot is very common...so common that it may be considered a "feature" of tweed amps ;-)
Always make sure that the amp is unplugged from the wall when changing bulbs/adjusting the bulb holder, they are part of the heater string which carries serious AC current! There is no need to "drain" voltage, as with the dc supply, as there is no residual charge.
