I had a set. They are a good harmonica. I am not a big fan of the business practices of the Bushman Music Works. They promise not to charge your credit card until the order is shipped. I waited a month. My order never shipped. I called several times for status and was told it the order would go out the following day. Eventually, I contacted my credit card company for a refund.
There are other harmonicas that are far easier to obtain. There are others that are as good to play.

They were my favourite harps along with some of the Suzukis which share the same combs and in some cases the same reedplates.
I found, No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the smooth blues chords due to the ET tuning.
I then discovered the Hohner Special20 which fitted the bill perfectly plus it's a little bit smaller and I can cup it easier.
The DF is a good harp though. I have some in reserve for melody playing mainly.

i've never had a problem with the harp nor the business. i've had some of them for over 5 years. leave them in the car year round w/o a problem. thrown them in the dishwasher to clean them.

i have quite a few types in the rotation (suzuki, sydel, hohner, hering, lee oskar), and delta frosts stay in the case a long time, longer than most. Sound great and generally come better gapped then some of the other brands at similar or higher prices.

I've got a few Delta's and really like 'em. SP20's are my next fav, Suzuki's , too. ---------- I used to be young and foolish. Now I'm not so young.

90 days-that's how long it took me to get my DF that I ordered direct from Bushman. After numerous emails and phone calls to John Hall at Bushman, it miraculously appeared 3 days after I complained to my credit card company. Never again-Rockin' Ron's from here on out.
The harps are good though, same as the Suzuki Harpmasters.

I used to play nothing but DF's, but terrible service and questionable ethics turned me off and over to Suzuki's. I'm slowly in the process now of chaning my harpmasters out for Manjis!

I got my delta frost in high G from rockinron today-initial impression is good-bushman claims that they use phosphur bronze reeds instead of brass-they took that idea from a german harmonica maker in 19th century-does suzuki put phoshur bronze in the harpmaster as well?
