Eh, What?
Roland MicroCube has built in delay effects.
Need to be a bit more precise with your questions.
I think, sometimes Adam would plug into a shop behind him. ----------

Adam was using an old 80's vintage Maxi Mouse, surprisingly good sound, 8" speaker. I like mine a lot, 2 channels, separate tone controls. Roland makes a number of good battery powered amps. Vox has a couple that are pretty nice, I have the DA20 twin 8" speakers, lots of effects and modelling. I know a few people who use a small tube amp and inverter, haven't tried that yet.

An inverter is the go for any mains powered device, but the louder you go the more current you will draw H boy, and you need a sizable battery ( car Batt ) to power up for any length of time. Look into the battery jobs- Roland Microcube, Pignose, etc.... :~)

I've been jonesing real bad for a Crate TX15--I've read some great stuff about them and they have two channels--one accepts a Lo-Z connection. I don't know how they would be for harp in particular--but a lot of buskers seem to like them.
With the Crate I wouldn't have to pack around a mixer, and I could lose the Duracell Power pack I now use with a regular amp. The pack works fine, but it's just heavy and clumsy to carry around. It is a good alternative if you really love the sound of your present amp--I've never played long enough to run it down.
When I'm busking, the less stuff I have to carry around the better--when you're working alone--you get set up--get playing for a while--then have to break it all down and take the stuff with you to go pee--then go back and start all over--if nobody stole your spot.
You can check the Crate out at:

Hey Harp Boy
If you can get your hands on a Pignose Hog 20, theyre a sweet little battery powered amp for harp.
Ive heard real good things about the Boss Micro Cube too but from what im aware they can be a bit pricey for a battery powered amp. So unless you got the money to throw at it, then get one :)

I use a Pignose 7-100 amp on the street. Sometimes for a change of pace I'll use a Danelectro Honeytone amp. The Pignose uses 6 AA batteries that last about 15 hours. The Danelectro use a 9 volt battery that last about 3 hours. Price wise the Danelectro cost around 4 times as much to use, therefore the pignose has been my main amp. Check them out at Musiciansfriend .com. The pignose is around $79 and the Danelectro around $19. I am also going to check out the new Vox Mini3 amp (around $99). It has 11 amp models plus effects and would be more fun to use than the others that sound great but have only one sound. Also Vox claims the 6 AA batteries last as long as 30 hours. Best Wishes and Good Luck from Broadway Nashville.
