@GH I use an acoustic tuner (Korg AC-30) that is easy to use, works very good and is CHEAP! There is a little operator error pssible. You have to tune your harps using fairly light air pressure and be consistant. Its not hard! Once you use it a couple times you'll wonder how you got along without it!
