Wohoo Dennis,

whenever you need new instruments, I'm ready to make them. I still remember the setup you liked.

Dennis is certainly a smooth player - I love his stuff. I like the stretch at the end of this song too, around 4:07. :)

This is lovely. Great phrasing, tasty playing. I like what he does at 1:18 especially. Is he switching from a low F to a C harp (3d>2nd) at :33? That's what it sounds like to me. - very smooth. Thanks for sharing the clip.

He covers some great Tom Waits - tunes - Temptation, Down in the Hole, - a man who shares my taste.

Thanks for the notice guys. Nothing fancy - just musical and audience friendly I hope. Indeed the cave like stage is hard to loosen up on both sonically and spatially. I just left a show I do there weekly backing a parade of singers with Ashford & Simpson always sitting at the table right in front of me doing back up vocals spontaneously. They make the joint: with their friendship, verve, and generosity. Nick really does love blues (his first hit was "Let's go get Stoned" which he wrote for Ray Charles) and Val smokes on piano. Anyway: Thanks again. Todd P. I love playing the A you tuned up for me too. My best. dennis
