Just checked one of my sources for harps here in Japan, and one of them seems to have B-Radicals for sale, all keys, at 25,000 yen a pop (US 300 dollars at the current rate). Must ... resist ... must ... reessiisstt ....

Ok, how is that possible? All people here are waiting... I thought they only shipped two keys yet... strange.

Well, it SEEMS like they have them, but it might just be that you can order through them (and wait 2 years). I'm going to write them and see.

They say that you should expect 7 months waiting time from the moment you've ordered....
keys available A , Bb, C, D, G.....

Yes, sorry, my bad. When I said "all keys" I meant all of the available B-Radical keys, A, Bb, C, D, G.

Yes, now I see the fine print: "7 months" wait time. So, they don't have them and you order through them and wait "7 months."
Never mind.
