Hondo, I have a valve junior combo that has been modded to the lone wolf mod specs. I love the tone it gives me and most people agree. My knowledge of amp tech has improved vastly, and have made a few changes to the initial mods which, I believe, has improved it further. The BIG difference between the two different mods is that the lone wolf mods are harp specific! Everybody on here with some amp experience will tell you that the traits we seek in an amp are usually NOT the traits guitarists want in their amps. On another note, since you're talking about the head, the matching speaker cab(w/ eminence speaker) has been received very favorably by harp players.
