This past weekend, RJ Mischo came to town. I ran the video camera during one of the sets at the Standby Lounge in South San Francisco, CA. He was performing with a killer band including: Kid Andersen (guitar), Kedar Roy (bass) and Marty Dodson (drums). There are about six or seven videos in the series.
Kid Andersen is an excellent guitar player. He spent a number of years on the road with Charlie Musselwhite and John Nemeth. He is currently a member of Rick Estrin and the Nightcats.
RJ's current Bay Area tour has featured some fabulous guitar players. Johnny Cat, Kid Andersen, Bob Welsh and Steve Freund.
