I will be dropping by to check out Shawn Starski's new band at The Beach Shack in Cocoa Beach,Florida on Saturday,November 20th. I will be posting a full report as Shawn kicks off his premier tour. This is a smoking venue-be forewarned.

Curious, what instrument is Shawn's girlfriend playing? Or is she on vocals? I think to have new blood -jason you'd still need Todd Edmunds. I bet this band will be kicking it though!

I'm guessing his girlfriend is Kelly Hunt-talented musician in her own right.

I notice they're at the Green Parrot on Dec 3 and 4.
The GP has a stage focused web cam with good sound pick up. It is a good way to remotely watch a show. I did so when Jason Ricci was there in 2009 and it was great.

Johnnie, yeah! I watched a Jason Ricci show at the parrot bar too! If I can remember I'll check out one of those days.

I watched all the shows ... I'm on the West Coast so it wasn't too, too late ... were two per day over three days plus one at 530 pm on the Friday I think ... recorded the audio as well ... as you know, sound is really good from the StageCam ... believe Jason was stripped down to a bathing suit by the end of one show ...
