I did say this a while ago but it fell off the next day. I will be there and this year I have been asked to assist in the videoing again but this time in an official capacity. Even if my harp playing is not progressing that fast at least my vid efforts are being recognised. I will try and post some footage for you guys out there in harpland. Russ ---------- Oxharp

I didn't even know this kind of thing happened in uk. Spreading news is certainly one of the benifits of joining the forum. Sounds like a great event, I hope to get down from Scotland next year for it.
Closer to home for me is the Dunfermline folk festival taking place on the same dates next weekend not so much harp playing on show perhaps but some is better than none.

Yes! Looks like Harmonica 2010 will be a great event. More info at The NHL website
@harmonicanick: thanks for the shout-out! Yep, I'll be there on Sunday 31st and will be loosely in control of a workshop entitled "Performing Solo." Lots of stomping, hollering, clapping and - of course - harmonica playing. All levels welcome. Midday.
