Here's a little gimmick I've made not long ago:

I called this tuning "Arabic" because naturally - that's the sort of tunes you'd be using it for...

key of C goes like this:

C Eb G Bb D Gb A Db Eb G
D Gb A Db Eb G Bb D Gb A


It is designed to be played in D. If you start on 1 draw and run up on all blows and draws, you'll get 2.5 octaves of the Arabic scale [ D Eb Gb G A Bb Db D ]. Since everything is played without bends or overblows, you can add valves.

You can make one yourself if you wish:
Take any richter harp. The end result will be +1semitone from the original key, so if you need it in C, you should use a B in richter.

Swap reeds 7-10 and then retune it, will be 2 semitones down max.

It is intonated the following way:
EVEN blows +16cents, ODD draws +16cents, the rest is zero.
