Pretty good Mr Stubs. One of your days I'll have to get your thoughts on the comparison of different sites you've tried.

Far as the few responses, I think it's purely a matter of thread titles, perhaps next time 'me playing the irish song planxty irwin on harmonica' would get more people responding. I thought you were speaking an alien language, haha.

Anyway, I like it. I've actually been listening to Brendan Powers' album New Irish Harmonica and thinking about getting his book which has both tab and sheet music structure for Irish fiddle tunes for harp. Unfortunately the conversion from dollar to GBP is kinda high. There's also another book from another guy that has songs like this that's more accessible called Irish and American Fiddle Tunes for Harmonica. Not that I'm serious about Irish Fiddle Harmonica but I figure it might open pathways to new ideas in my blues or jazz-ish playing.

thanks yea its hard for me i spent about 8 months on this song,i have a hard time memorizing choruses,In a year and a half i learned or learning 5 songs there,i took a break cause it was gtting me down but i decided to go back,I firgure that it has to help to work on something that frustrates you just a little, even the note for note chruses of David Barrets lessons which are blues .is hard for me to memorize i would just like to noodle free play but i want to get it tighter.
