Just reconnected with Nathan, the tuba player—as fate would have it, he has also returned to Oklahoma, so a reunion is possible.
Unfortunately, Dane Terry, the leader/harp player/singer, was slain while going to work on his motorbike by a motorist who ran a stop sign. RIP Mr. Chromotonic.
I sure miss San Diego and all the fun I had!

Yesterday I crashed a trio at the local farm market with Mando—although I made sure to show them the chrom, Mando was a great fit.
The band leader, calls himself Jahruba, is headlining a concert at a local park, don’t think I am brave enough to invite myself to that!

Oh that's lovely Gnarly. I had the pleasure to play harp in various less common combinations of instruments, perhaps playing with violoncello being my strangest, but I am nowhere close to this setup with tuba and mando :) Great trio, thanks for posting it.
