I was wondering if I would be wasting my dollars if I could only take a lessons 1 time per month. Do you think it would still be very beneficial, or to really get anything out of it I would need more frequent lessons? I cant afford to take lessons more frequently at 65.00 per hour.
At the present time I'm taking lessons twice a month But when I first started I was going once a week
If you can only afford once a month make sure you record the lesson That way you can review the lesson over and over at home To be honest how much you benefit from a lesson will be depend on how much you practice between lessons

Thanks for supporting the teachers. I used to commute to NY from Philly every two to three weeks to study with Robert Bonfiglio. I worked my butt off between lessons. At my old music college lessons were once a week and juried at the end of the semester.
