Hi Bro's i been working on this Project amp over the last few months i won the amp on Ebay it was in an old television set i had the owner toss the cab and send me the amp:)

What i know about it is these amps where Produced in the 60's By ROSE MORRIS PTY LTD Melbourn Australia possibly the Brand name was GOLDEN TONE it is a low watt amp 5 or maybe 10 watts i'm not sure?

i built the cab out of 19-mm pine then laminated it with
2 mm semi hardwood plywood to get a small grain effect,
i then wiped over Black wood stain to fill the grain wiping of the exess stain then let it dry for a few days,

i sanded the cab smooth ready to be painted with walnut wood stain i slapped on a few thick coats let i dry for 2 days then stressed the finish with acetone:)

i then atacked the Brand new Oxe blood Grill cloth with a Bic Lighter to form a few Holes on the cloth, i used a bit of Checker plate Aluminium Plate i had hanging around to finish the back plate and control panel:)

I was told the amp is a 1965 mod and wanted a vintage Hot rod Tube amp so my theme was it had to look like a Vintage amp as soon as you looked at it:)
and when you lifted the Hood to look at the motor it had to look like a vintage Hot Rod Motor with Flat Black engine bay with a shiny Checker plate fire wall:)

and I'm as Pleased as a Pig in shit this sucker has taken quite a few Hours:)

that big tube wich i suspect is a 6v6 or such and it has 1 x 12ax7 the other thing that looks like a tube isn't it's some type of can thingy any help would be good Bro's
----------
Cheers
