Mark, the artists are staying at the newly renovated King Edward hotel. We're working on getting a group rate there or at the Walthall. Both hotels are within a few blocks of the fest. Email me at scott@scottalbertjohnson.com and I'll let you know when we have something.
I dig that diagonal playing style of yours! Now, stick a fake chromatic button(or two)on the ends of your harp, hit 'em every once in a while arbitrarily, and you'll keep every harper guessing. ----------

Todd, that's a weird habit left over from when I was first learning to play. Somehow I thought that tilting the harp made it easier to get the bends, which is obviously not true. I move it into a horizontal position when tongue-blocking, then back and forth. Weird.
It makes for a good visual effect-if it works, I say keep it. Imagine the leagues of Scojo proteges playing behind you, holding their harps diagonally. ----------
