Very nice, Hobostubs! I'm listening to it the third time now--What kind of software do you use to make the video and get things to sync up? Also--is that CBG a 3-string? What Tuning?

thanks guys i used 2 CBg's both 3 Strings 1 strung high with GBE strings the other strung with ADG strings there tuned to open G I have a boss br-600 8track thats loaded with effects I used a effect called mod on one of the CBG's i use the free acid express on acidplanet.com to tweak the mix some also and convert it to mp3 and upload to AP for storage.I do have cake walk but its to complicated for me,Im finding out with recording i get better results if i stay with the a basic 8 track mix cause if i put it on the computer and start adding stuff it allways come out over done.

im sorry oldwailer i mis read your Question you was asking about the video,I use the stock windows movie maker program thats on Vista,Its a easy program for making video,as far as the sync. it up well it can be done but there not on mine,it would require more work than i want to do on a video,i do try to get close and move different photos around to kind of fit the song better,But the video of me playing is me just going though the motions,and might be from another video if i think i can use it for the video im doing at the time,I know a live video would be cool like alot of people do but my web cam sound sucks so i record on the 8 track and bounch it on the video but sence its more work to alighn it up just right,I add stuff,to the storyline like photos and such,i like doing it,but it really started with me being lazy :-)

thanks Ant funny you should ask I found some vocal effects on my 8 track that i hadnt used untill this song i would turn the dial between the 3 they were Factory presets,but I used my shure green bullet to sing into it adds a gritty tone by it's self,but decided to go with the pre sets also,Whats funny is i didnt use the bullet mic for the harp,I have 2 stereo mics built into the 8 track that work real good i did use a chrorus and delay setting on the harp though.
