Instead of waiting around for European/UK festivals to fly me overseas, I'm thinking about paying my own way and doing an occasional week. In this case, I'm thinking seriously about flying to Amsterdam, Hamburg, Copenhagen, or Stockholm in mid-December, making up my clinic/gig at Mojo in Copenhagen, and surrounding that date with 4-6 others.
Does anybody here:
1) have a gig for me in any of those cities, or cities that are obviously somewhere on a line between those cities;
2) have names/contact info for a European promoter who might be interested in working up a little tour: one week absolute max? I can leave the US on December 13 and must land in NYC no later than December 21, since I've got a gig there on the 22nd.
I'm also interested in the same thing for the UK; not this time around, but next time. Maybe next summer.
My new album will be out, so there will be excellent opportunities for promotion, radio airplay, etc.
Thanks.

Wonder if Adam has considered contacting Brendan about this for the UK? I'm sure Brendan would know if anyone does.

Hi Adam. I know Pete Feenstra puts on bands and shows in the London and the South East of England. He promoted a couple of Paul Lamb shows that I;ve been to so he might be worth a Punt. His website is http://www.feenstra.co.uk

It's a little off-map from where you seek, but if Bruxelles (2 hours from Amsterdam) is an option, you could maybe play at the "Café Montmartre". J. Ricci was supposed to play there not long ago, and was replaced by Guy Forsythe. It's a great place to play, you can contact the programmator at this adress :
olivier.decoene@skynet.be
And here is the place :

@k-runner,
you might check with Cheryl Arena and see if she will put you in touch with Guthrie (see sites below). He tours England and Scandinavia every year and also just released an album. Cheryl plays with him weekly as one of her many endeavors. I can help if needed, but they go back a long ways and you'll likely get better results using "Pro" channels.
