In looking at the responses to WalterTore's announced retrenchment, i noticed a concerted chorus of "Reconsider" , which I wholeheartedly endorse....
but it made me think of the wonderfully offbeat Lowell Fulson song, "Reconsider, Baby" that enjoyed a resurgence after Clapton featured it on "From the Cradle".

Who loves ya, baby ?

Reconsider Baby is one of my favorite Lowell Fulson tunes.

Wow i been on the road since wendsday .. i poked in a few times .. But sleep was a must if i wanted to have a good show.. the other guys in the band i cant say that for .. But Wow I also will miss Walter ... We also ran the same clubs in NJ All Black clubs ... Newark Irvinton . West Orange .. Hoboken .. NYC ... I know what he been through ...Man ill tell you Those clubs loved us ...And treated us great ...Fed us good too ...Walter always had a good story to tell ...I dont think i ever read the form creed ... Because i go by old school teaching .. Respect yur elders .. and dont Speak if you aint got nuthing nice to say ...And i dont like to get into sticky situations .. and as far as criticism its always a touchy subject ... I try not to go there at all cus im from the old school of blues teaching ... That is how i learned .. And my Mentors werent nice when i asked them how i sounded ...I got beat up vervbaly but i got some great thickness in my skinn and kept plugging ... Cus they were my elders ... James Cotton .. Lester Davenport .. Hubert Sumlin ...They put me under their wing ... And i respected them ... Spent lots of hours with them on the road .. Day by day .. Driving them to the next gig ... and Sucking up everything i can learn .....I dident learn how to respect them i already learned that .. I learned how to respect the Blues .....And everyday life I want to be around a long time to share what i know about this little Tin Monster we call a Harmonica ....And i think when i post, so i dont ofend anyone ... This harmonica is a Monster and not everyone can get it to play as fluent as they would like .. And i think everyone knows where they stand as far as how good they are ....there is alot of factors that artist get in there head .. When the crowd gets into it and just loves yur playing ...you get a Big Head ... It might not even be yur playing that makes you so popular it could be yur looks ... or you got alot of friends ... But i think everyone that plays harp knows where they stand in the pecking order .... And i know that there are guys that can run circles around me ... but i dont care ... I play harp in the old scool way and i love it .....I love all Harp TB ,LP, OB ,OD, Country Jazz , Rock I love hearing guys blow their faces off ... and Pretty Harp too .... We should BE ONE ... and all get along ... And share ..... Big Nancy .. I miss hanging with you .. miss going over yur house and talking harp ... And Walter i hope to meet you someday down the long dusty road .....and Little Joe Samson too ... lets all Reconsider" and talk about Harp ...Im going to post a new thread after this ....check it out .... Harp Love and a good beat ...Makes the Harmonica comunity go round ....

@Deak
I agree that you should know where you stand on your place in the food chain-but then again dont dwell on it-just play your best and let the chips fall where they may
