I was in the woodshed and blew a reed on my FAVORITE harp. I knew that I could not replace it quickly (it is a custom)...and my spare D is also shot. I needed one fairly fast, so I sent an order to Rock-n-Ron's.

Well about 2 minutes later my phone rang.....it was Ron confiming that my order would ship in the morning !

YOU CAN"T BEAT THAT !...

Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art. - Charlie Parker

Until I first ordered a Manji direct from Suzuki, I had frankly never heard of this place at all, and for the longest time, in terms of stock and customer service, the best two internet harp specialist store sites were Coast To Coast Music and the now defunct F&R Farrell (specially if you wanted chromatics). When ordering directly thru Suzuki, they told me they referred the order to Ron's and I had no complaints about his service at all and have yet to hear any from anyone else. The only other place with that good a service was F&R Farrell, but he was way up there in his years and when he passed away a few years ago, his kids didn't want to be bothered to carry it on and so that business died and that was too bad because they were ALWAYS the first place I'd go to for chromatics for both stock, service AND price.
