If the element is still good, that's a valuable mic. That is unlikely. The shell is still valued by collectors though - and it is easy to install a vintage Shure CM or CR element to that shell.
Best thing is to take the cable out and install a screw-on connector where it was - makes it a lot more secure (the cables often fail inside the mic) and easier to transport. I provide that service if you need.
Can't tell you anything about the organ! ---------- /Greg

Thanks Greg: I just got my second ultimate from you. first one stolen. thanks so much. I'm heading to Fla. Keys for a little scuba diving. When I get back I'll contact you about sending the bullet and having you repair. I know the cord is bad. Hopefully element is good. I love the size of this Mic. It does have a dent at top of the front grill. I probably would have you install a CM element. I have a bullet with a Crystal element. We'll discuss options. Thanks Again. Love the Ultimate!!

I'm not aware of a Hammond 56, do you mean S6? If it's not too expensive, can be a good source of useful parts--transformers, tubes, speakers. Here's a link to some info on this organ: http://users.rcn.com/clonk/ChordOrgan/index.html

Thanks mrdon46: I've got the Intel you Issued. I'm sure it must be the S6. Belongs to a friend. He needs the $$. Was hoping to sell. Sounds like it not very pricey. I'll pass along the Info. Thanks Again.
