Hey everybody,
Just doing a plug for a show Annie Raines is doing in Somerville, MA at Johnny D's, tomorrow, July 27th at 8pm.
If any of you are in the area, I'm sure it will be worth coming to see. I first caught Annie a few months back at a harp blowoff that was also held and Johnny D's and she was fantastic. Most notably, she played the best F# harp I've ever heard. Seriously!
Anyways, I'm unsure of what the cover will be, but here's the link to the event for all those that are interested. I know I'll be there! Annie and Paul at Johhny D's

I always pipe up when Annie's mentioned. She and Paul play some sweet traditional blues. Their latest cd, A Night in Woodstock, is an excellent live performance--featuring Paul mostly, with Annie doing some singing and comping throughout. The last track is a harp duet with John Sebastian, I think.

Thanks for the input Hollistonharper. I haven't heard the album yet, but I might pick it up after seeing them tomorrow.
