Anyone remember Huey Lewis? haha.. anyways, aside from the comedy of errors and what sounds to me like a bad mic or cable connection, not a bad harp, how/what is he playing at 1:37 and 1:40-1:43 into the video? It almost sounds like a bagpipe, where you have a drone tone and then separate ta-ta-ta notes.

I think it's a tongue pull,where you start a note with your tongue on the comb and while sounding the note(chord),you pull your tongue off.You can use various speeds to get different effects.
