Well, I haven't been playing much lately but I have some time on my hands as I wait for the wife and kids to get home. I was watching some video's on YouTube and stumbled across some of Adam's old lessons. Right now I'm working with gussow.086 - .088, entitled "Riffing the changes" and I'm having one of those "AHA" moments.

I probably first looked at these vids about 2 years ago and they went over my head but now they are making much more sense. With my new found interest in becoming more well versed in thinking in terms of scale degrees I think these three lessons are going to make a big impact.

Isaac mentioned in another thread how he goes back over the lessons when he's in a rut and that's what urged me to take a look. I highly recommend to anyone who's moving through the various "levels" to keep going back and watching for things you missed or didn't understand the first time through.
