If you mean "Woke up this morning" (the track that plays over the intro), that's Alabama 3 (known, I think, as A3 in the US). The harmonica is played by the wonderfully named "Mountain of Love," who also programs beats.

I think the harp part works.

EDIT: I've never seen the show, so there may be all kind of harmonica playing on other occasions that I have no idea about...

The track is from the R.L.Burnside cd entitled Come On In.Its a great cd if you like R.L..I,ve heard a couple of his tracks on the Sopranos through the years.

first I have heard of lester butler and again heard it on blues harp forum more great harp players around than I realized when joined this forum
