I just thought I'd mention that Dennis Gruenlings new website www.badassharmonica.com is now open for business. It looks pretty good so far (it's still being built up). He has a lot of useful information on it and some superb jam tracks as well as lots of other cool stuff. It's great to have yet another resource to refer to and learn from.
Good work Dennis. Thank you.

A lot of time and effort went into this site. Check out the mics and amps section. Eharp-I took a ton of video of Dennis and Steve with Doug Deming on the Little Walter Tribute Tour-check out the vid I posted today on youtube.

I'm a big fan of Dennis, but is that the best guitar player he could find on the jam tracks?

Harpaholic - Initially I admit that my thoughts were similar, but then I tried playing to a couple of the the clips on the site and was very surprised indeed.
Have you actually tried playing over any of them with your harp?
If not I recommend you try it as you may be surprised at the doors it can open in your playing and the way they also highlight any bad technique you may have.
They do a good job to my ear of clearly defining the groove and providing a solid backing for the student to practice over.
I plan on buying a bunch of them.

@Kingley:
Thanks for the link.
/It's great to have yet another resource to refer to and learn from./
Yep!
And great that the web seems (fingers crossed) to create a way for top-drawer players like Dennis to give us what he's learned in a way that gives him something.
Something more to feel cheery about on a glorious, sunny day in London!

That may be true Kingley, but there's much better jam tracks out there, like "Sittin in with the Greats" that are recorded with a full Pro band.

"Sittin in with the greats" cd is 21.00-for that price you get 21 hand picked jam tracks covering all positions and grooves YOU like at badassharmonica. All of the guitar tracks were recorded by PRO blues guitar players.

Harpoholic - Ah yes, but if you read the notes at the side you'll see this is only the start.
Dennis says:
"This first bunch of tracks I'm featuring use acoustic guitar - great for practicing along with acoustic harp, which is what most of us do anyway - and I have plenty more coming! Eventually these will be followed up by some great amplified & full band tracks, all of which will be specifically geared to use for practicing & jamming with harmonica."
