It matches perfectly the one described as "something of an oddball" here:

Except that it has been restored, and screws have been put in, so who knows what other work, good or bad, it has had done to it.

I has not been restored. According to the description:

"This one, in the key of G, is in its original condition – it has never been disassembled or altered in any way."

But the reserve is not met. I believe that auction had a "Buy-it-now" option on it a few days ago for something like 80 dollars.

I have three prewar marine bands. One in G, one in C and a 364 in G. They all are nice harps. I paid six dollars plus shipping for one, eleven dollars plus shipping for another and fiteen dollars for the third.

I wouldn't pay much more than $20 total for one of those.

I had bought a "mouse ear" for 42 dollars and sold it for about the same. That's different. I would never have touched that one.

Here's one in G

And another in F

They look like they need to be cleaned up, but they could be a lot worse...

I don't know the seller. I just saw them and asked if there was an empty circle or a star on the bottom side. The item description was then changed to say there is a star.
