OK, it's not a blues tune, but these are surprisingly good blues harp riffs from Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull. (Going to see them tonight, that's why I'm posting this) It is on the second song in the clip "Taxi Grab" starting at 3:00 of the video. There is a slight delay between the video and sound, but rest assured this was performed live. Pretty good stuff.

I'm also a great fan of Jethro Tull.
IA is a genius.

song for jeffrey was a song by jethro tull where Ian anderson plays harp and blows pretty good not surprising skill for someone so proficient on flute

Ian's first band in 1962 was a blues band, he played harp and sang vocals in the band.

The first Jethro Tull album-This Was has lots of blues and blues harp on it.
