Hey folks
I got a 4 yr old pro junior iv for 200 bucks. Feedback with my vintage bullet started at 1 1/2. A little fatty pedal killed feedback but I lost volume.
I swapped the 12ax7s in the preamp section to rca black plate 5751's.
Much warmer tone and no feedback till right before 6 without the little fatty. I'd still like to get more volume. I'm looking at the red memphis mini boost pedal too.
Any ideas on killing more feedback while on a tight budget? I like the tones with or without the fatty. Sometimes I'm in a small room, sometimes I'm outside and need a wallop.
