I know Buz got his but I'm wondering if anyone else has. Next Wednesday it will be one year since I ordered mine. I asked for an update from them last week but haven't gotten a reply yet.

I ordered a Bb in June of 2009 and still have not received it. I emailed them recently. They replied quickly and they said to hang in there. If it translates to a higher quality harp I am okay with that. I am interested in comparing it to the three customs I own => Buddha (G), Spiers (A), Deak Harp (C) which are all really nice harps themselves.

I ordered one from Chris the same day. I've been playing it for a long time now, very nice harp. Bright and brassy if that's a word. At the time I couldn't decide who to get the A from and who to get the Bb from.I got the Bb from Chris.

I feel your pain, LIP RIPPER. I'm in the same boat.
Ordered exactly one year ago as well. A and B-flat. Last update I got was in March saying they would be shipping in April.
Everyday when I get home from work I run like a little kid to the computer to check my home email for a shipping notice.....nothing but spam from aeroplan and car rentals. Put on the blues, pour myself a beer and make the supper. Rinse and repeat.

Wow, I've defended them a fair amount in the past, but that's just bad business. The fact that they're shipping harps to people who purchased their harps more recently, instead of to people who have been waiting much longer. I would understand if they had ordered keys that Harrison Harmonicas hadn't started making yet(I know they're still just working on Bb and A), but that's not the case, they're waiting on the same keys that these other people (who ordered much later) have already recieved. I hope I've got some of the facts wrong here, because if this is true, that's a terrible way to run a business and inspire customer loyalty. Even if it is just an accidental error, that's still a pretty bad sign, the fact that they can't keep their orders straight.
I apologise for such a negative post. Maybe someone from Harrison will come here, and hopefully explain that I've misunderstood the situation, and will be able to explain what's going on.

Hey guys, I'm at a bit of a disadvantage here, because I don't know anyone's actual names. If Lipripper and Bluemoose would please e-mail me offlist dave@harrisonharmonicas.com with their actual names, I can work on getting to the bottom of this and let you guys know what's going on.
I would be filling in Lipripper and Bluemoose off the forum and they can relay that back to the forum if they wish.
