HIi guys.
I want to order a Seydel Solist Pro and I would like to know if those of you in Canada that ordered from Rockin Rons had to pay duty fees.
Did anybony ordered from Musicians Webstore? what's there service like?
Ron's my first choise but I have to deal with a limited budget.

I just placed an order with Ron last week. I expect to have the harps next week depending on what delays may happen at the border. I will post the details of what it cost to cross the border then. Ron was nice to deal with.
I had originally placed the same order with Musicians Webstore. They didn't have the harps I wanted in stock but that wasn't made known to me. I waited a couple of weeks and called to find out where my order was and they said they were expecting their shipment in a week and I would have mine in two more weeks or they would contact me.....anyway to make along story short they never did get the harps in stock and what pissed me off the most was that they didn't let me know or return my calls as promised. I cancelled my order and ordered through Ron.
I probably will not try them again...at least through the online order. I would recommend calling to make sure they actually have the items in stock before placing an order.

Last Wednesday, late in the day, I ordered two harps and wrote on the order that it would be great to get them by Saturday. I had a gig on Sunday. Ron called my up a few minutes after I ordered and said that was pushing it a bit....but I got them in the mail on Friday! Appreciated that for sure.

I'm in the US, but Ron gets harps to me in two days every time. LA to Seattle

If any of you have a Facebook page, he also has one himself and often announces special deals before he even has it on the website that's for an extremely limited time.
