If you are a Hill Country Harmonica registrant and you will be within driving distance of Oxford on Thursday night, please let me know in the following thread. I may create a special free sub-event for you:

Truth is, I was thinking of having any in-town registrants over to my home for cocktail hour on the back terrace, while my 4-year old charms the heck out of everybody and my wife grills chicken.

But the jam in Clarksdale sounds like a better deal than that. I'd hate to set everybody on the road to Clarksdale after a couple of hours of chicken and beer.

I suppose this thread is a good place as any to say this;

I really want to see videos! if I'm going to make the trip for future events, I want to see what goes on! so please take videos. I can never understand why these types of events rarely have good coverage -- I don't mean news coverage, I mean some video coverage!

Guys: Sorry to raise expectations. I've decided to hole up with my business partner and take a meeting--over bourbon--after he arrives from his Philly-to-Mississippi drive. Hope you can understand! Memphis and/or Clarksdale are your best bets for Thursday. See you at Rooster's on Friday........

@Kudzu: Awe, c'mon Adam. Just because you won't be around doesn't mean that the missus can't grill up some chicken for the boys, right? ;)
