Somebody emailed me with news of the following, which I wanted to share here:

My friend wrote: "Most of this is country dance music--reels, jigs, waltzes--played with astonishing punch and vitality primarily on tremolo harmonicas. I heard Raymond Lambert play last night at this open mic, and was taken with the vitality and texture of the playing--and the intricate foot stomping that goes with it.
"The book has an accompanying CD., and the whole package is a very detailed and readable intro to the genre."
Had no idea what Quebecois was but found this. No harp though but the foot tapping and jaws harp is great. Seems like the camera loses sound when zooming in and out though.
