If you'll be in Chicago for this year's blues festival, folks, please visit Buddy Guy's Legends--the new BGL--at noon on Friday June 11th. I would like to meet you. The other two harps acts that I'm familiar with are Billy Branch and Matthew Skoller:

That's a killer lineup. If I was in Chicago that week, I would be living at Legends. I've seen every one of those bands, except for Adam Gussow. They are all top notch and not to be missed. Adam, you are among good company. John Primer often has a harp player in his band. Jimmy Burns also plays some harp.
People that think the Blues are a dead art form should hang out at Legends during that week.
