Just received 3 more Manjis and 1 more on is the way. Received a Bflat, D and Low F and high a regular F is coming. AS usually they all needed a bit of gapping on a few holes and they are now playing great.
Just had to close the gap on a few as some holes were airy. That is all.
I am sticking to a set of Manjis and a set of SP20's
I am scared to try a Crossover because it might cost me more money if I like them. :)

I tried the Manji through a mic and PA for the first time tonight, at a gig. Went on really great, I just had sound level issues when I switched to the valved promaster or the bluesharps, because the Manji is louder.
It's a D Manji and I got some great effects in the lower notes, and excellent response in the higher end. That harp keeps surprising me, sometimes I don't like it so much but when I play with other musicians I find it awesome...
Maybe it doesn't sound at his best when it's "cold", it needs to be played a little before giving it's real potential.

I like all of them, very responsive but the D does sound real nice. The E also is awesome. It is definitely brighter mic'ed then my Sp20's. You playing with the band probably sounds great because it cuts more then a sp20 on the highs?
If anyone has issues with thier Manjis and wants to send me them I would be more then happy to gap them for you if you do not know how to do it. I could not find one that did not play awesome with minor gapping.
