I recorded these songs tonight. I spent some time today with some hard time kids. It brought up my own hard side of the street life. Also the happy side too! Walter

Walter, your stuff is becoming something I frequently check into, kind of like some of the programs on KUT here in Austin.

I love the rockabilly sound on these. Nice tones and lyrical content.

I could totally see you in a movie as a recurring muse, kind of like Jonathan Richman in "Something About Mary".

Maybe that's what "American Stories" was like...

Shanester: Thanks! I will have to check out something about mary and american stories. I don't watch tv, read the newspaper, listen to the radio, or go to movies. All of them seem to be seeped in negative and the movies boring. for the multimillions they put into them, you would think they could create something more captivating. They are too long for me too. I watch the old movies from the silents through the classics of mostly the black and white eras. In one hour they said it all. I was on KUT a bunch. Larry Monroe would have me play live in the studio. Say hi to him for me! Walter
