Any comments on the slow (in my opinion) service from Kevins Harps. They used to be fast..now I am wondering.
I ordered 2 herring chromatics on March 11 and they're not here yet although I have the confirmation # and naturally the payment cleared like a slot machine the same day, etc etc.
Comments please??

There is nobody from the original Kevin`s Harps and it`s another URL that was purchased by Harp Depot and their reputation, unfortunately speaks for itself
and there are tons of negative reviews about them all over the internet. To make matters worse, Hering has always been notorious for both slow delivery and response, but that`s also the MO for the vast majority of Brazillian businesses as well

Thank you BarbecueBob
I guess I am out there in the middle of a lake of mediocrity in a boat that is leaking water, so to speak.
This will be my last order with them, you can make book on that.

They did, but Harp Depot bought the URL, so it obviously ain't the same company at all.

Save your burnt out harps, find a harp tech who can tune em for you..it is well worth it. Begin to collect backups. Have a whole run of extra harps, while you wait for the mailman...if you wait longer than a week, you're waiting too long. Unless you live in Canada. or Timbuktu...
Shop for new ones online. Ebay is a good start. Used ones are good, too. Out of the box can be great for ones like the Special 20's. That's another forum all together.
