I just love the heck out of this song. I've loved it since it first came out back in the mid-1990s. The harp playing is pedestrian, but the song is exactly what the blues need in order to keep growing and thriving:
Hi Bro's i to love Keb Mo song above, but Eric Bib's song in my Fathers House, is one of the many songs with a message that just rings home the truth for me,
allso Koko Talor's song got to intergrate or simulate,i think the song is called:)
So now Adam has Kicked it of whats the Song that speakes the truth for you Guys:)
For anyone interested in learning "Perpetual" (the guitar part)--Keb has an instructional DVD out on Homespun Tapes that teaches the song--there are some other good ones on it too--complete with tab. It is an exceptional DVD. I saw Keb open for Bonnie Rait a couple of years ago--it was really a great concert.
Eric Bibb has been a favorite of mine for many years--I already have tickets to see him again this fall--which will make four years running that I have gone to see him.
I don't think Eric has any instructional material out--but I'd sure like to see some--he has a wonderful style based off (I think) a lot of drop D tuning--but I just can't seem to figure it out--no matter how many notes I try to make at the concerts. Once I heard him play with Grant Dermody--that was really cool. . .

We did the "Blues Cruise" back in Jan.- saw all 4 of Keb' Mo's shows that week. Keb's piano/harp/mandolin/who knows what else player, Jeff Paris, is an unbelievable musician. Keb and Jason Ricci(and a lot of others) signed my now retired harp case.- Both are super nice guys. ---------- Bluesharp- If you don't blow you suck...
