The scale-finder tool found on overblow.com has been very helpful to me for years:

I saw that it was being offered as a download for offline use (found here: https://www.overblow.com/?menuid=164) however the link isn't working.
I tried to contact Tinus, the owner of the site, however I get an automated "failed delivery" response.
Does anybody know how I can download this tool, or if there is an app/website out there providing something similar, or how to contact Tinus?
