I preordered on iTunes but it has currently disappeared from their store (even as a preorder). I'm assuming that means it's about to be released? I've never ordered an entire album from iTunes before and was expecting it to be available this morning.

I noticed it disappeared from iTunes as well, I didn't pre-order so I grabbed it from Amazon.

I preordered the vinyl version directly from Kartel almost a month ago. It should get to me this week. I can't wait to hear it. Every track will be solo, just like in his live shows. No extra instrumentation.

Btw, the first 50 CD and Vinyle preorders were to get a signed copy of the album. I hope that I ordered soon enough.

Thanks for the reminder - grabbing it from Amazon.

I saw on his webpage that he also has a book that you can buy along with the album. It's reprints of columns that he's written for Stool Pigeon. Has anyone read any of his columns?

I have read many of them. His banter is like that of an old man who has been around the block a few times. It tend to be interesting reading.

I canceled my iTunes preorder and downloaded from Amazon last night. Good stuff. I much prefer the solo sound.
