I've not tried it, but judging from the looks and the price and my experience with Hohner harps, it appears to be a Pro Harp (plastic comb) with Blues Harps covers.
Standard Hohner mix-n-match Modular Series fare, if you ask me. Put Big River (side-vented) covers on it and you have a Big River. Put a wooden comb in there and you have a Blues Harp.
