Which one you played: Deluxe custom hybrid, custom marine band, or custom marine band with wood comb? If you have any sound clips playing one that'd be much appreciated.

I've played the custom marine bands with the wood comb. It was some dark wood, can't recall. Cover plate shaped open as is standard nowadays. No sound clips but the harp was loud with a great robust acoustic tone, everything was easy to bend, etc. The mouth piece was VERY comfortable with the wood of the comb at the front hand shaped in a convex fashion rather than flat flush with the reed plates.

They're excellent. I understand they are basically his version of the Filisko set up.

Tony Eyers plays them. It was a few of his and Jim Conway's that I tried about 6 years ago.
